FAQ
HOW DO YOU HOME-DELIVER MEAT?
It might sound a bit odd, but with a well-thought-out logistics system, this is perfectly possible. We have chosen to vacuum pack each piece of meat, just as we often do in our coastal shops. This way, the meat stays fresh longer. Vacuum-sealed meat can be perfectly preserved for up to a week, or even 10 days, as long as it is kept at a cool temperature.
We’ve also carefully considered the transport of our meat. Every order is neatly packaged and delivered to your home with refrigerated transport
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
Delivery is free on orders over €150!
For orders below €150, we charge a fee of €15.
HOW WILL I BE KEPT UP TO DATE AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
Immediately after you have placed an order, you will get an automatic confirmation e-mail. The day before delivery, you will be sent an e-mail reminder by our courier, Dynalogic. Dynalogic will text you on the morning of the delivery day itself. You’ll get a second text half an hour before delivery. That way, everyone can rest assured the package will be delivered safely.
DO YOU OFFER A SECOND DELIVERY RUN?
In case of emergency, a second delivery attempt can be scheduled. After an unsuccessful delivery, your parcel will be returned to a refrigerated depot and offered again the next working day. As our meat is freshly cut and packed on the day of shipment, we can guarantee you quality and freshness. However, we prefer delivery the day after shipment to ensure optimal quality. Therefore, please choose your delivery date carefully.
(Delivery to neighbours is unfortunately not possible).

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE THE MEAT I HAVE ORDERED?
Even when vacuum-sealed, meat should be kept cool. Always store your meat in the fridge. Before preparing the meat to eat, take it out of the fridge and remove the packaging. Leave it to rest for about 15 minutes before frying or grilling it.
