The fillet is then encased in smoked ham and an airy, crispy puff pastry, which strikes the perfect balance between succulent and crispy.
The duxelles adds a deep, earthy layer of flavour that complements the tender beef beautifully.
BAKING TIP
For best results, we recommend a baking time of about 30 minutes at 200°C, so that the Beef Wellington gets a delicious golden brown crust and is perfectly cooked inside.
