When you think of a turkey or capon meal, there is one sauce that will really spoil your taste buds: our turkey sauce. This homemade sauce à la mama is infused with the rich flavours of truffle and the warmth of armagnac, resulting in a unique and delicious sauce.

The earthy notes of truffle, combined with the depth of armagnac, are the perfect complement to the juicy, tender turkey or capon. It is a sauce that makes every bite a real sensation.
