Our Black Angus cattle are carefully selected and raised on green pastures, where they feast on grass and natural feed.
This breed is known for its fine texture, rich marbling and succulent, tender flavour. Black Angus beef has a nice balance between fat and meat, ensuring a full and robust taste experience with every bite.
A slightly younger beef raised on the rugged Scottish Highlands.
The meat of the Black Angus is matured slowly, giving it its typical flavour with a touch of hazelnut.
