This breed is known for its fine texture, rich marbling and succulent, tender flavour. Black Angus beef has a nice balance between fat and meat, ensuring a full and robust taste experience with every bite.
A slightly younger beef raised on the rugged Scottish Highlands.

The meat of the Black Angus is matured slowly, giving it its typical flavour with a touch of hazelnut.
