Dierendonck Potjesvlees
Potjesvlees is traditionally made in the Westhoek and northern France (where it’s called “potjevlesh”). This brawn-like terrine is made by adding chicken, veal and rabbit to a magnificent stock, which is then slowly cooked to a jelly. Dierendonck’s potjesvlees is made according to this old tradition.
