Our capons come from Tradition de Coteaux in Gasconge, in south-eastern France. The Gascon capon is an ancient breed undergoing a revival. It lives outside from spring onwards and is fed maize and milk, among other things, to add flavour to the meat.
The Chapon Gascon is wrapped in a towel to redistribute the fat a little and allow it to penetrate the meat. Known for its deliciously tender meat, the capon is a true delicacy that melts in the mouth.
Perfect for 5 to 6 people.
Only available during the holidays, with delivery on 21 & 23 December (order until 15 December, 10pm) and on 28 & 30 December (order until 22 December, 10pm).
