The lamb of Burgos takes you to the heart of Castile & Leon, north-western Spain. Recognised with the prestigious IGP label "Lechazo de Castilla y Leon", this milk lamb represents the best of what Spain has to offer. Selected from the Churra, Castellana or Ojalada breeds, they are raised on a diet of pure mother's milk, which gives their meat an unrivalled tenderness and subtle flavour.

These ammers, with their juicy, tender meat and light texture, have the soft colour of dawn, according to their farmers. Each piece of meat tells the story of the traditional Spanish fields it comes from. Weighing 6 to 10 kg at slaughter and aged up to 35 days, each bite of Burgos' Melklam assures you of a delicate, low-fat but surprisingly aromatic taste experience.
