Kefta
Our Kefta is a tribute to the rich culinary traditions of the Middle East, carefully prepared with minced lamb and a hand-selected blend of spices that reflects the essence of this cuisine. The combination of coriander, parsley, cumin, mint and garlic creates an explosion of flavours.
The traditional preparation method, where the kefta is grilled to perfection, shows the subtle balance between spiciness and the natural sweetness of the lamb, resulting in a dish that is both rich in flavour and texture.
Barbecue tip
Start by searing the Kefta, followed by careful cooking on the side of the BBQ. For a sublime taste experience, we recommend serving the Kefta as a main course or as a sophisticated appetiser, accompanied by a homemade yoghurt-mint sauce.

Preparation
For optimal quality assurance and preservation of freshness, we freeze our Kefta immediately after preparation. They are carefully packed per 5 and delivered half defrosted so that you can enjoy the best possible quality at home. However, it is important to note that these products should not be refrozen after delivery.
