Barbecue tip!
Before preparation, we recommend sprinkling the meat generously with salt and grilling it on both sides until golden brown on the BBQ, about 4 minutes per side. Then give the lamb crowns 2-3 minutes to rest under silver paper, after which they go back on the BBQ for another 4 minutes for that perfect, crispy crust.
