Meet our ' Nduja', a unique and tasty specialty from sunny Calabria (Italy).

This dried, spreadable sausage was made from the Menapian pig according to an authentic recipe from Dierendonck.
The addition of a generous amount of chili peppers gives the Nduja a slightly spicy taste.

Preparation tip:

  • Cold:
    Spread a thin layer of 'Nduja' on a piece of toasted bread or cracker for a simple yet tasty snack.
    It is also delicious on a cheese board next to your favorite cheeses and charcuterie.
