Meet our ' Nduja', a unique and tasty specialty from sunny Calabria (Italy).
This dried, spreadable sausage was made from the Menapian pig according to an authentic recipe from Dierendonck.
The addition of a generous amount of chili peppers gives the Nduja a slightly spicy taste.
